In order to accelerate the overall layout of the center, nearly 30 experts on green energy research in Taiwan, led by Director Jow-Lay Huang (Chair Professor, Department of Materials Science and Engineering, NCKU), set up six main research teams of development. The core technology section has five research teams, including solid-state batteries, secondary batteries, super capacitors, solar cells and fuel cells. As part of the industrial linkage commercialization process, product design, system integration evaluation, as well as analysis of market trends and linkages are dominated by the 6th research team. We hope to enhance the efficiency of commercial application of developed technology, the key technology of green energy materials and the future potential of the center through the focus on development and support of each core research team. Also, the international visibility of Taiwan's green energy technology industry will be expanded with the integration of high-level academic research into energy.
The Industrial Linkage Group is led by Professor Jiann-Fuh of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Professor Chien-Hsu Chen of the Department of Industrial Design. The core work items of this group are as follows:
NCKU Research and Development Center at Southern Taiwan Science Park serves as a link between industries to form an industrial spill executive team, which is expected to bring more industries into the spark through industrial inventory and member demands.
